We make product proposals for each season, and assist with creating fresh salesfloors.

Shelf Allocation Proposals

Shelf Allocation Proposals

ARATA uses a shelf allocation software called StoreManager to recreate store’s shelves in virtual form on a PC screen for more efficient salesfloor creation. By inputting POS data we can perform various analyses to propose a rich variety of product lineups from standard nationwide shelf arrangements to original shelf arrangements for each region and store.

Creating Pleasant, Visually Appealing Salesfloors

We also have a function for creating POP displays and board for introducing products, which are often seen in stores. We create original sales promotion tools as requested by retailers, with content aligned with plans, sized and shaped to suit the salesfloor. With these we create salesfloors that make consumers want to buy products instinctively.

CHECK: Store follow-up and check

Storefront Management

ISM conducts store follow up and salesfloor maintenance based on the concept of “same timing, same person, same store,” with an assigned representative regularly visits scheduled stores to check on their status.
At the same time, the Company uses a system to report to headquarters on the salesfloor status and sales trends, and the Company has now accumulated data on 10,000 stores per month.
By obtaining a qualitative understanding of the store information as it changes daily, it can be used to make various proposals to the retailer, as well as verifications and salesfloor improvements. This enables us to realize salesfloors that are always fresh and visually appealing, encouraging consumers to purchase.

Tento Navi

TentoNavi is ARATA’s proprietary system for sharing timely information on salesfloors between ARATA’s nationwide sales team of around 1,000 members. When they visit stores of various retailers, such as drug stores, home improvement stores, discount stores, and variety stores, they share information about what is selling well, or not selling well, which sales methods were tried and how they performed through the system.
Not only can sales representatives check in real time on best-selling products by area and business type, as well as sales of new products, market trend and so forth, they can also use it to collate data by week and to provide information to the retailer.

1. Check store 2. Enter store status in TentoNavi 3. View aggregated results on search screen 4. Reflect in new proposals and store arrangement
